The HONOR Magic Vs design has been revealed, along with stylus support
If you take a look at the images below the article, you’ll see the device in the flesh. The person you see in these images is a Chinese actress Sweet Li, and she’s holding a stylus in one of those two pictures. HONOR did not officially confirm the stylus is coming, but this comes as a confirmation of sorts. The first-gen model, the HONOR Magic V, did not offer stylus support, so that’s definitely new. From the design standpoint, this phone does resemble the first-gen model. That’s not a bad thing, as the HONOR Magic V was well-designed. This seems to be a gold-colored model, and it has a glass backplate, with an interesting pattern on it. A display camera hole is included on the secondary display. We don’t really get to see the inner display here, though. There are three cameras included on the back of the phone, and the HONOR branding is quite subtle in the bottom-left corner.
This phone won’t be exclusive to China
This phone is even more interesting than its predecessor for another reason, it will be coming to global markets. The HONOR Magic V was exclusive to China, unfortunately. HONOR did confirm that it will release a foldable flagship to global markets in Q1 next year. This is the phone we’ll get. The company will reveal all the necessary information on November 23. What we do know is that the HONOR Magic Vs will offer high-end specifications, though. It will, allegedly, utilize the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. It remains to be seen. You can also expect two 120Hz AMOLED displays to be in use, along with plenty of RAM.
