The HONOR 60 series detailed in images & specs ahead of launch
Both renders and specs are coming from the same source, 91mobiles, which partnered up with Ishan Agarwal. The HONOR 60 series will look very similar to the HONOR 50 series, by the way, and some of you may even confuse the two designs. Do note that only the HONOR 60 Pro is shown in renders, while both are shown in live images we’ll talk about soon. As you can see, the bezels will be minimal, while the phone will include a curved display. A centered display camera hole will also be included. All of its physical buttons will sit on the right-hand side, while the camera setups on the back look similar (in regards to the design) to the ones the HONOR 50 series had to offer. We’re looking at two large sensors stacked vertically. The back side of this phone is also curved. The HONOR 60 is tipped to feature a 6.67-inch fullHD+ display, along with the Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. The device will offer up to 12GB of RAM, and a 108-megapixel main camera. A 4,800mAh battery was also mentioned, and 66W charging.
Both phones will include a 108-megapixel main camera
The HONOR 60 Pro will also feature a 108-megapixel main camera, says the source, and we’re looking at an f/1.9 aperture lens here. The HONOR 60 will include an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera as well, and a 2-megapixel depth camera. Android 11 will come pre-installed on the phone, along with Magic UI 5.0. Google services will come pre-installed. The HONOR 60 will measure 161.5 x 73.3 x 7.98mm, while it will weigh 179 grams. The device will come in Bright Black, Juliet, Starry Sky Blue, and Jade Green color options. Now, if you take a look at the images below, you’ll see both phones in real-life images. Those images show some differences between the two devices. The HONOR 60 Pro will have curved top and bottom edges, so its bezels will seem even thinner than the ones on the HONOR 60. It seems like both will have curved displays, though, while the HONOR 60 Pro will be a bit taller. Both phones will include a display camera hole, which is centered, and curved backs. The design of the back side will look very similar on both. Once again, both of these phones will become official tomorrow. They will launch in China first, but we’re expecting to see them debut in global markets as well, perhaps in January. UPDATE: The HONOR 60 Pro specifications also surfaced. The device is said to feature a 6.78-inch fullHD+ OLED display, along with the Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. A 108-megapixel main camera will be pair with a 50-megapixel ultrawide unit (which will also serve as a macro camera), and a 2-megapixel depth camera. A 50-megapixel unit will be included on the front. The device will be 8.19mm thin, and weigh 192 grams. Its battery and charging will be the same as on the HONOR 60.
